Personal grooming is not a modern invention and this tweezer, elegantly hand crafted from a single piece of cast iron and measuring 3.25 inches, is a perfect replica of the tools actually used by Medieval and Renaissance period nobility. Based on a 1590's museum piece, this specimen would have been common anywhere from a few centuries before that date, or after. Owing to its classic functionality, this piece does its job just as well today as its modern descendants.
