The blade of this expertly crafted sword is made from a blend of 1095/15N20 Damascus Steel that has been folded & layered approximately 400-520 times to create the intriguing wave-like pattern. Damascus Steel is sought after not only for its looks, but for its durability as well as flexibility. The handle is wrapped in genuine black leather for a firm yet comfortable grip. Included with this exquisite piece is a hand tooled genuine leather sheath with back strap.
