Medieval Wedged Rivet Steel Chainmail Coif Armor

Our exquisite Medieval Chainmail Coif is made of hundreds of rings in the medieval 4 in 1 pattern. This particular version is known was a Flat Ring Wedge Riveted with Alternate Solid Rings. This design Chainmail coif has an open front section to give you great visibility and drapes over the entire neck onto the shoulders. The Chainmaile coif includes the aventail (neck cover) and thus covers the sides, back and front of the wearers head. Amazingly, each ring end has been riveted to prevent separation of links and styled in the European 4 into 1 ring fashion just like the museum originals! Our standard size coif has a forehead circumference of 17-19 inches. With an overall length of 17-19 inch and bottom edge circumference of 48 inch, it fits almost everyone. It also features a face dimension of 6X4 inch. Each black Chainmail rings have a 9mm inner diameter (just under 3/8 inch) and are made with 18 gauge wire. For a great fit, make sure you wear all clothing and padding before taking measurements.
