This bokken is constructed as a wooden imitation of a katana, although the bokken typically has a better balance than most swords found on the market today. Constructed from 40 inch premium quality hardwood and comes with a nylon wrapped handle with a guard and securing ring, MAN! What a deal but it only gets better. The nylon sheath is constructed from tough nylon with a hard inner lining which helps the sword stay in place. Stitched onto the nylon case is a cross chest strap which goes onto your back. Either you hold it on your shoulder or strap it across onto your back. Your bokken with be sheathed one moment and ready for action the next.
